CSIC Chairman and Party Secretary Hu Wenming went to DSIC for special inspection on key work, stressing that we shall more closely rally around the Party Central Committee cored by Comrade Xi Jinping, further implement the spirit of Xi’s important address at the plenary meeting of the PLA and Armed Police delegation during the Two Sessions, and promote self innovation of science and technology for national defense and deep development of military-civilian integration in a down-to-earth way. together with CSIC Deputy General Manager Yang Jincheng. DSIC leaders Liu Zheng, Yang Zhizhong, Xiao Shi and Lu Xiaohui accompanied for the inspection.
Hu and his party went deep into the site of key work, carefully observing the product construction technology, quality, and performance, etc., communicating with persons in charge and technical experts from DSIC and relevant institutes, listening to status report on the project progress, Party building, quality management, and security and secrecy, etc. he affirmed the achievements and put forward the requirements accordingly.
Hu pointed out, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the plenary meeting of the PLA and Armed Police delegation during the Two Sessions, speed up constructing the innovative system of military-civilian integration, pay close attention to the development trend of world military tech and weaponry, lay special gain new stress on collaborative innovation of military-civil science and technology in key field, strengthen strategic guide, enhance reform and innovation, reinforce military-civilian coordination, intensify mission implementation, and strive for creating a new situation of deep military-civilian integration development in the new era so as to furnish strong power and strategic support for China dream and strong army dream. We should study and implement the important instruction from General Secretary Xi Jinpin, persist in Xi Jinpin’s the Thought on the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guide, remain true to our original aspiration, bear our mission in mind, give full play to the leading role of Party organization and exemplary and vanguard role of Party members, refine the work plan, go deep into fulfilling responsibility, study and deduce the risk profoundly, and take comprehensive and precise actions so as to ensure quality and safety and push key work to gain new achievements of high quality development unceasingly.
